Survey of public attitudes to the NHS App

The Digital Coalition unites a diverse assembly of patient groups, charities, Royal Colleges and industry with a focus on championing the patient perspective in digital health.

Patients in England value the NHS App, but some users say there are limits to the information they can access, or find it difficult to use, according to a new report from The Digital Coalition.

Based on a survey of more than 600 people in England, the report also finds that patients who need help to use the NHS App would value more support materials to enable them to use it indepenedlt. But the survey respondents made it clear they want use of the NHS App to remain a choice and for face-to-face services to be retained.
