Joe Wicks helps people get fit for surgery
The Centre for Perioperative Care (CPOC), Guys & St Thomas’ FT and the British Geriatric Society have partnered with Joe Wicks ‘The Body Coach’.
We have produced two 10-minute exercise videos designed to be low-impact and increase activity levels in people who are waiting for an operation and are particularly suitable for older people.
